Hot 26 — 38°

You know what they say—you need to know the rules to know how to break them. Hot 26 is a foundational class designed to help you understand the minute details of each pose. Through a series of 26 postures, you’ll strengthen your body and mind, learning how to tailor each posture to your body. This is a great place to start for beginners and advanced students alike! You can expect foundational poses, alignment-based instruction and playful repetition.

PHIIT (hot Pilates) — 38°

If you’re in for a good time, this is the workout for you. Inferno Pilates is a 45-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout combined with the principles of Pilates. This class is a celebration of self, designed to help you feel powerful, activated and very (very) sweaty. You can expect fiery core and glute activation, empowering instruction and loud, groovy music that will have you dropping your weights to dance on your mat.

PiYo (Pilates Yoga Fusion) — 38°

Ready to stoke your internal fire? If so, this class is for you. PiYo combines the strengthening benefits of Pilates with the flexibility-enhancing effects of yoga to fuel your inner flame and awaken the body. This class will help you strengthen, stabilize, and create a solid foundation for movement. You can expect to sweat, feel the burn, and leave feeling happy you decided to show up.

Vinyasa Flow — 35º

Step into your flow state with a fun, imaginative practice that lets you tune into your body and challenge your mind. Our Vinyasa Flow classes are always changing, embodying the true nature of an active, moving meditation. Through a combination of strength, heat and mobility, this practice will sculpt and tone the muscles of your body and mind. You can expect playful flows, targeted strength-building and a feeling of pure bliss.

Yin — 30°

Your mind will answer most questions if you learn to relax and wait for the answers. Think of your Yin practice as a key to life’s questions. This artful balance of movement and stillness focuses on quieting the mind to lengthen the body, reaping the full benefits of each posture. You can expect long holds for a deep stretch targeting your body’s deep connective tissue, followed by a blissful release in both body and mind.

The Method — 38°

Craving a little bit of everything all wrapped up in one? Look no further. The Method incorporates the strength and stability of Pilates, functional movement and flow of Yoga and cardiovascular conditioning of HIIT training all in one 45-minute class. This class is a challenge for your body and mind, leaving you feeling resilient, strong and full of life. You can expect to feel strong, stable and ready for whatever life throws your way.

Yin Yang Nidra — Non-Heated

Are you ready to feel all the feels? Yin Yang Nidra starts a short active Yang-inspired practice, helping you feel into your body and out of your mind. You’ll then move into your Yin practice, using long, passive holds to get deep into the connective tissues. Your class will end with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation while resting in savasana. You can expect to let go of the stress and tension of your day and leave feeling fully revitalized.

Slow Flow — 38°

If the feeling of “Easy like Sunday Morning” could be bottled, this class would be it. Our Slow Flow classes are invigorating yet relaxed, exploring balance, strength and flexibility through both flowing sequences and longer static postures. Whether you need an invigorating start to your morning or a therapeutic way to end the day, this class is it. You can expect strong and playful flows, moody music and energizing movement.

Aerial Yoga — Non-Heated

Take a load off (literally). Ease into a blissful state of expansion with our Aerial Yoga classes. Here you’ll practice from the comfort of a soft fabric hammock hung a few feet off of the ground, supporting and assisting in alignment and providing the immediate benefits of spinal decompression. Release tension by finding a more balanced, unencumbered expression of each pose. You can expect to explore the polarities of being weightless to experience the true depth of your practice.
