This is an invitation to take what you need from your practice and leave the rest behind. To embrace the notion that you can design the poses to fit your body, not the other way around. To play like your heart has been begging you to do, without judgement.

Our classes combine the foundations of yoga with a fun, imaginative nature that allows you to tune into your body and mind and nourish your nervous system (plus, a mix of killer Pilates classes to activate your foundational strength and light your inner fire).

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on technique that uses a light touch to releases tension deep in the body and nourish the central nervous system. To give your body permission to soften, eliminating pain and boosting health and immunity.
